There are many workplace 'leaders'..that suffer from the lobotomizing effects of doing the 'same old things in the same old ways'. It is easier for them to assimilate to cultures and environments that seem to accommodate undeveloped pathways in a neanderthal mind. At peace,... at home...in a world where 'thinking' is as simple as re-reading typeface in a workbook manual. The mere notion of a sociological thought...too cumbersome for the 'trained brain'. Able to focus...to set and achieve goals ..but only by discounting the peripheral damage in a some strange queer utter disregard to his fellows in humanity.
If necessary, using brute coercive force, humiliation, intimidation, and power of authority to hammer that square peg into a round hole.
